3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will assist you in selecting an appropriate alternative. To exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The returned item must meet the same eligibility criteria as a regular return.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
