All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partners, and we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery times for U.S.-based orders generally range from 5-7 business days for standard shipping, 2-3 business days for expedited shipping, and 1-2 business days for express shipping.
  • International Orders: Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination. Typically, international orders take 7-14 business days for delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary due to circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can track the status of your shipment. You can also track your order from your account on our website.

6. International Shipping

WinBina ships internationally. However, international customers should be aware that:

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs Delays: Shipping times for international orders may vary, and customs inspections can cause delays. We cannot be held responsible for any customs-related delays or fees.
